Summary: The property was awesome. Nice and clean, well setup. When we asked the staff if we could move to a different room to avoid some street noise they moved us and upgraded us without charging more!

Summary: Excellent place to walk downtown or go to the north beach malecón and other attractions. I visited the local market in the morning which was a short 10 minutes walk. The rooms are large and with a kitchen plus living room. Plenty of space to relax

Summary: Clean, spacious and welcoming. We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly and there was an enclosed grassy courtyard around the pool where the dogs could roam and we could relax. The parking is secure, underground so that was great too as we were loaded up for our journey from Canada to Merida. Highly recommend!!
